You fuckers probably expect everyone to read the EULA when they are asked to accept terms and conditions, too. You can't expect new users to understand what all this shit means, even if they did read it. They are trained from day one to blindly paste terminal commands from websites to install applications; why would this be any different?
This should have never fucking uninstalled the desktop environment. It's an absolute joke that this is even possible for an average user just trying to install an application. People who defend shit like this is why Linux has the reputation it has with normies.
