After 8 months of casually lifting I am glad to report in that I have finally done my first dedicated leg day
>5 sets 12x130-150 leg press
>4 sets hip abductor machine 12x80-90
>4 sets calf raises machine 12x90
>2 sets pull up bar leg raises x 8 (not really legs but w/e)
I am almost able to do one plate deep squats on the planet fitness smith machine
