It's a Nord with the barbarian preset class at lvl 1, took the steed for a speed bonus and favored strength and agility as his favored attributes. He's using the iron shortsword which isn't supported by his race or class, he could maybe land some hits if he held the attack for longer which increases damage and chance to hit, but he's a moronic spaz who cant resist the idea of spamming attacks.

Morrowind is a thinking mans game and I'm glad so many people dislike it, its a wonderful litmus test for finding out who isn't willing to think critically.
