Red 9 or Blacktail for the Resident Evil 4 remake?

Mained Red 9 for the OG game, but apparently they're taking movement into consideration in regards to accuracy. I guess it's also worth considering the default pistol + laser for the crit factor.

Just get a (refurbished) Steam Deck and load Emudeck, holy shit...
Also, am I missing something--the (proprietary?) hat is only $60. Why can't you just build your own?
