I should clarify that the clock speeds there in the hwinfo screenshot aren't under load, when idling like vary a lot, but under load with aidaa64 running both MCLK values stay around 2700-2790mhz and the UCLK values stay at 1390mhz.

Also, I the latency here in pic related is apparently really, really bad? Should I be worried about this? I did have my internet browser and a few other things running when I ran the test in aida64, but when I ran it again without those it only dropped to 100ns

Again, if it's just going to cost me a few frames I don't really mind, but if it's gonna cause a major preformance hit or suggests stability issues then I'd want to know

I've been dealing with this as well, I don't really mind this aspect necessarily, I don't need a giant screen and a 1080p windows on a 27in 1440p monitor is fine for me, but figuring out windows scaling shit and text sharpness while still having images etc load at their native size rather then being impacted by windows scaling has been a pain
