No. Using the Roman Census is a common misconception
The common belief among critics is that gospel of Luke speaks about the census forcing Mary and Joseph to go to Bethlehem. But the Census of Quirinuis happened in 6AD.
Therefore, Jesus must have been born after 6AD.
This, however, is false because
1. Census of Quirinuis calls for "census of the world"
2. It doesn't require people to return to their hometowns
3. Luke never mentioned "whole world" but just "whole land" which is a word he used to refer to the famine that struck Judea in Acts
Therefore, it is more likely that Jesus was born BEFORE 6AD
We don't really know the exact date, but Luke's accuracy is praised by every historian. It is ill advised to assume that he made any mistake
