Spicy Kale Beef with Quark, Baby Carrots, Beetroot, Smoked Oysters and Sardines. (5 portions)

Ingredients:
> 880g Quark (Check if your store has a polish shelf. I recommend Twaróg Półtłusty)
>500g Minced Beef (I preffer lean as there's plenty of fat in the other dish and fish products)
>700g Mini carrots (only adding them to give my skin a nice color)
>200g Kale (or Spinach if you rather)
>300g Onions
>5 cans of Oysters
>5 cans of Sardines
>5 tablespoons of Olive Oil
>Any Spices you fancy (I went with: Pepper, Garlic Granules, Paprika, Chilli Powder, Ginger)
>Iodized Sea Salt (To do your Thyroid gland justice)

>Pour Oil to a large Saute pan
>Set to Sear (200°C+)
>Thrown in Beef
>Divide into small chunks and cook it until it changes color
>Once cooked lower temperature to 135°C
>Add in diced onions and kale/spinach
>Stir until Kale gets Sauteed.
>Add spices, keep stirring until beef is coated in spices
>Take the Saute pan off heat and set it aside.
>Split 800g Quark into 5 glass containers
>Cook baby carrots however you like, mine came in a plastic bag that needed to be pierced and thrown into microwave for 10mins
>Arrange baby carrots around the edges of glass containers to creater a basin over the quark
>Divide the Kale Beef mixture into 5 basins
>Top it off with Sardines on the left, Shredded Beetroot in the middle and Oysters on the left (see picture)
>Sprinkle it with Iodized Sea Salt
