Why doesnt Tholindis have the Khaenri'ah eyes?

Does anyone know how long dailies in Miliastra Wonderland take? Or if they exist at all?
While I dont particularly care for the gamemode, I feel like keeping myself somewhat caught up in it might pay off in the long run with really good avatar costumes to roll for or something.
