Honestly the main issue with Amphoreous is that it feels like Shaoji just plain didn't consider TB the game's actual main character and just treated Amphoreous as means of retelling Elysian Realm. Then altered the plot ,(likely because of deserved criticism) but he didn't want to let some ideas go.

The 33 millions cycles is too much over the top and that patch was totally low budget. They ruined the collab with Fate, and the main story is delivered in the worst possible way. Why didn't they make Mydei, Castorice, and Hyacine human bosses instead of turning them into titans for no reason other than to recycle assets? Final animated cutscene was great but I don't care that much about Phainon

Flame Reaver was a great threat. Tribbie and Mydeimos' stories are boring, but the action scenes are good and I like the chimera event

Ghosts? Given the way HI3 souls work, this says way worse than you think because the souls in there can fall apart given enough time. The Herrscher of Reason core contains lots of souls held together including the previous Herrscher of Reason, Welt Joyce. The problem is, it is destroyable and destroying it would have big impacts on the souls and ghosts inside. Assuming Welt functions anything alike he does in HI3, the existence of a ghost means the core failed to be completely destroyed, which given how many times it was at high risk of being destroyed in HI3, speaks terribly on anyone that fails to destroy it.
