I think Cyrene/Elysia works in HSR because of the Honkai in the title, and because it's the first Elysia we are getting in one of the big post 2021 hoyo games after 5 years in HI3. I don't think Elysia in ZZZ will have the same impact she will have here if they release her pretty soon because the novelty will be gone. Not to mention no one plays ZZZ anymore.
