The thing is, you can easily translate other kits into a Remembrance one to see if they would prefer Evernight and no one really wants her. A big part of her power budget went into HP fluctuation, which nobody can use other than Castorice. Every supportive unit provides amp and a gimmick, and the gimmicks usually smooth out rotations and make the team more resistant to unfavorable environments. Like even Cipher's gimmick, which can simplistically be seen as a damage amp, really helps Acheron rotations since you can avoid wasted ults on overkill (since it used to be that nobody on the team other than Acheron can actually kill anything) and carry over the value of early ults into later waves. Amp alone isn't good enough to justify any supportive character on a team.
