i just don't feel like my life is going anywhere. what little i actually want is forever out of reach and it makes it impossible to change in a meaningful way and whatever i do to improve feels pointless, hollow and everything ususlly gets worth no matter what i do or how much effort i put in. just makes me feel defeated. that's pretty much it.

i see. old polish game shows again? i think we might have had something similar. there were two teams and they'd take turns trying to describe a word to their team mates. first candidate would face the host and receive the word, then he had to turn around to tap the next member on the shoulder (the other members were wearing headphones and had to turn away), describe it and if that member of the team got it correct, they had to do the same until every member guessed it. it was a weird time.

not at all. we're just not letting it deteriorate to the point our boss does. he's clearly in way over his head, but he insist on working alone a lot of the time (to save on salaries), but he just can't deal with it and we have to make up for it but can't in the time we have.
