NTA, I'm fine with consuls losing sniper rifles. It felt out of the way. I would've wanted them to have the option to swap a bolter for a Heavy Bolter, but even that seems like it doesn't fit. Idk not everyone's Davian Thule. Even Thule is no longer Thule.
