I saw an article about this online. I thought the "machine gun conversion" ban made it out of the PA house, but the other bills were defeated. It started off as a Glock switch ban, but they added a bunch of other language to it that would cover things like frt's, ss, and maybe binary triggers. It's stupid, because Glock switches are already arguably illegal under Pa law - see 18 Pa.C.S.A. 908- Prohibited Offensive Weapons. The way that statute reads is that machine guns are illegal, but if they otherwise comply with federal law, then they are legal. It used to ban switchblade knives, but they got legalized within the past couple years, probably because too many of the usual suspects got caught with them.
Even if they made it out of the house, the PA Senate has a very slight Republican majority.
I plan on buying a few things in Minecraft because of this nonsense. Buy them before they are banned!
I love PA too. I hate the liberals in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia.
