All you need is a 5kg and 10kg set for losing weight, if you are power lifting abviously you want to max out but I find these 2 perfect for most work outs and i find the burn machine is a great thing to get the heart rate up and work muscles you don't normally

Ploddingly lol but I can generate a lot of power, I shoot skeet but do it swing through (AA class, national team member, coach and pro in otherwords) so I am used to weight transfer between the ankles to hips then flicking the shoulder first and then hands whipping last.
I'm also a lump who wont be under 110kg when "fit" maybe 105kg at shredded and have larger than normal hands
