Make civilian ownership of firearms legal and go out of my way to NOT harass property owners and small businesses unless they're scamming or harming people. Also B& all Saudi's Russians Israeli's Americans British and Pakistani's from entering my borders so they can't do antagonistic glownigger or terrorist shit or at the very least have very VERY strict laws for tourists from those countries that basically requires them to have a tourist officer hover over their shoulder everywhere they go and have clearly defined no go zones they're forbidden from entering. Literally everyone from every other country however I'd be inclined to not give a fuck about them and would welcome the the tourist economy with open arms.
No need for a mountain of bullshit laws and bureaucracies, keep things simple so even the dumbest of dumb fucks know how to not become a felon.
Also just in case I'd have a royal guard that's better equipped than the actually standing army and their sole purpose would be to guard my ass.
