Just google "lifeguard shooting Chicago" there are like 10000 stories about it.

None of the stories explain whether or not the two kids shot had firearms on them, which is critical information to the story. The fact that the national media never ran with the story indicates to me that at least one weapon was recovered from the niglets that got shot.
