If you are a regular here, the following can probably be gleaned from you.
>you can afford a headset
>and a PC capable of running it
>therefore, you either currently hold a job that allows you to afford this, or have held one in the past
>which means you are probably capable of interacting with other people on a regular basis like an adult (even if you're a shitty person here)
>people naturally ignore desktoppers, if you stir shit/try to power-grab and you don't even have or regularly use a HMD you will naturally be laughed out of the room and killed on sight like some kind of hive-mind immuno-response mechanism

Of course there are exceptions. But generally most people in our subcommunity are functioning adults to some degree.
