I got this demo disk from a random EB Games, but the disk on the inside had a picture of a naked woman holding a translucent plastic sheet to herself (you can see it in the bonus video goodness) and there was also a few shots of Heavy Metal FAKK2. Completely different from the one on internet archive and probably sitting among a stack of CDS in a CDR spindle in my dad's basement right now.
