which is not what is happening with the GCAP and didn't even happen with the F-35. Who is the Minion in the GCAP, Italy? Sure, but they are a tier 1 F-35 operator who make wings and a lot of the sensors for both that and the EF. While France keeps the few technologies they have tight and burns their bridges everyone else is learning to share and moving forward.
