why is it a terrible thing to care about sex as a primary or secondary concern when figuring out how you wanna live your life. if youre dysphoric and express you dont wanna have sex in a non feminine way (anal or penis usage) you get dogpiled. you get accused of being a gay man, or a pervert.

why is that the case when sex is one of the things humans need for an aligned and supported mental health?

i have terrible bdd and idk how to get over it. people say i look fine or they say im a hulking footballer.
I see both sometimes but the footballer seems to distress me more than the fine gives me contentness.
