So how come they couldn't give Skully's rework concept proper justice? I know BHVR are capable of doing good reworks, the doctor rework and newest Freddy rework are testiment to that. They made them both better while keeping their identity. It's not like Skull Merchant's kit is some sort of affront to the entity either and is completely unworkable. Is the audience capture that powerful on BHVR that they *have* to design a new killer from the ground up to appeal to an audience of players that'll let's be real, hate her no matter what?
