the game plan is basically parking Charlotte at the middle of the map, releasing Victor, downing someone, then now deciding whether you want to slug or go pick them up
It's a very important decision to go for the snowball and can either in a very fast win for you or losing everything if they all get picked up
For the first down you typically want to hook then sit Charlotte near the hook while youre using Victor across the map
If more than one survivor are together, naturally you want to slug and go hit more people with Victor
