Personally, I really wouldn't mind living in New York state again. Albany is pure cancer, but the area around Albany was really comfy. I really liked the Saratoga Springs area. Ditto for Virginia, South Carolina, Minnesota, and Florida, honestly. Actually, I think it'd be really nice living in the middle of bumfuck nowhere in North or South Dakota. The storms in South Dakota are just beautiful. Salt Lake City was really pretty too, so I think Utah can be pretty idyllic as long as you don't mind the shit drivers. Nevada's pretty cheap I hear but it's in the middle of a fucking desert so I hope you don't mind 105+ temps. The Florida panhandle's pretty comfy too, but it's really humid so fuck that. Same for Minnesota in the summer, but at least the winters last really long up there. Really, I think you could argue just about any state is better than Texas.
