I'm on universal credit (job seekers) I tried applying for pip last year and I got no points. I was told you have to heavily exaggerate together on it. For example you have to lie and say you can't wipe your ass on your own, or you find it too stressful to cross a road ect. I don't know what to put on the pip form

It was a customer service job over the phone for an insurance claim company. My job is just to take calls, found out as much info as possible and then hand them over to the correct department. Sounds okay, but I got put off when the woman who interviewed me said you really need to build rapport with customers instantly and be very empathetic with them. I've got a second interview next week over a Teams call and she said he's gonna have a casual conversation with you/have some banter ect to see if you are the right personality for the role. I got scared when she said he's gonna have banter with me :(
