There's no way in hell they're not nerfing this. It's too fucking good. It can kill heavies, it has utility, it has the stagger force and it can kill chaffs.

Miss the killshot? Doesn't matter because now the heavy is blinded for 5 seconds, vulnerable for you to flank and get its lower pen weakspot.
