They're a big company they have flaws. They do fuck up pretty badly but they don't not pay talents or attack them after the leave or force them into a graduation queue or trap them like slaves.

Short version her Mom was hospitalized. Her Mom had suffered from a lot of medical issues for years now to the point she can't even hold a job and at one point had to go on dialysis due to he kidneys nearly failing due to the medicine she was on. All you can really do is pray for her and Delu.
Sadly used to it at this point. Delu has good support though so yeah try not to over worry.
