This is probably because the motivation of JP's top talents is on the level of great figure. In particular, the talents who started out at NicoNico used to pay NicoNico themselves to stream. They weren't making money from streaming, they were just using the money they earned from their regular jobs to stream as a hobby. These natural-born streamer are what support the company.
It is great for ENs to be able to feel firsthand the motivation of JPs towards this VTculture.

In the case of Hololive, the problem is more likely to be the difficulty in management due to the top talents having a great deal of power within the company.
Even though it's a little different from other companies, that doesn't mean there aren't problems and concerns.
