More or less. Men are pretty straightforward about it though. When you tell women, especially online, that they like hot men they start throwing copes at you all day long.
Also the threshold for a woman to be attractive is significantly lower than for men (see picrel), so who knows, maybe there is a guy out there that will want to be with a thick nose gnomy girl (being chubby and having pimples can be fixed).
