Before super boost? Doubt. Idk if pugs can do them now on even the really good servers. I think the first two are puggable on the really good servers, but it'll be awhile (esp since like no nerfs yet) before we can cross-realm group for mythic too so I could see it taking two or more months *after* the boost before pugs can consistently get the 4th and 5th bosses down.
