This is true on adult level, but children don't know how to think. Now where is the line between child and adult? And when a child is medicated against his will, thus destroying his potentially sound mind in the future, how can he form his own responsibility?
You are talking from your own perspective and can't see there are other perspectives. Imagine being a crack baby, or being raped by some uncles, or when you were 12 year old some jew prescribes you life altering drugs. You possibly can't.
