Luffy and the Straw Hats are clearly calling out the current overly sensitive and cowardly culture as being mostly a bad thing. This might not be what Harald wanted though but it would have made more sense to go the total opposite way than turning all the kids into cowardly SJW's. A balance would be good but currently it's not balanced at all, Colon is literally the only one who wants to become a warrior and all the other kids are terrified of any confrontation. People like Ripley are also wrong and naive for embracing it all.
