Her post-Crisis ongoings were still worse than those of Superman, Batman, Aquaman and Flash, for the sake of big name heroes. Her entire Silver Age was absolute trash compared to all of them as well. Not that DC Silver Age anything was particularly good, but Superman at least had the odd good story, and Flash/Green Lantern had most of their important facets created then. Wonder Woman does have the most interesting Golden Age stories though out of any DC stuff (if we aren’t retroactively counting Plastic Man as DC).
Her problem is that she lacks a distinct characterization. Superman and Batman do. Even among variations, they’re generally well understood. Wonder Woman on the other hand is constantly being retooled, like every new writer wants to reinvent her. The blueprint created by Marston, with the focus on love and “gentle domination” isn’t exactly universal as a concept, so writers take her in different directions. Her most popular take is unfortunately the warrior princess one, where she’s willing to kill where other heroes won’t, which ultimately feels like trying to compensate to male audiences so they aren’t embarrassed to read a female hero.
So she will always remain the quintessential super-heroine, the feminist icon, the third of DCs Trinity, but without a core characterization, she will never have stories with the same depth as the prestigious miniseries that Superman, Batman, or any other heroes have.
