They put barely any effort in, there's zero personality or passion, they get facts wrong constantly, etc. But they spam the fuck out of YouTube and some of their videos end up getting high views somehow. You'll see the vids in pic-related have pretty low view counts but since they do quantity over quality they end up lucking out some of the time and end up with some low quality video getting millions of views. Keep in mind they have 30,000 fucking videos right now.
