War time is different. India is not at war. Using war time strategies cannot be justified in peaceful times. Brits did it because they had no other choice. Indians are going to do it because they are cruel, love abusing animals (look up monitor Lizard gang rape case) and are too lazy and corrupt to use more humane options which require more effort, such as mass adoption.
