It's like using an almighty build in a regular megaten game. It's not always the best solution, but it works almost everywhere when the boss resists all your other damage dealing options because the game needs to shill its featured DPS.
The curse dot damage is considered almighty, so you build for almighty damage on Pazuzu and use Demonic Decree or Eigaon to add more curse stacks.
Sepia himself should spam S1; that's where his curse stacks are coming from.
He only cares about ailment accuracy and atk mult/dmg bonus, so he's pretty easy to build. Use Wisdom/Oppression or Wisdom/Pleasure if possible.
There's some other fancy stuff you can pull off like buying Lilith to use the 3rd palace dagger, or using Anubis' highlight for more curse stacks.
In my opinion, the red dagger is more than enough, and Sepia is pretty much never the best option anyway so you should be as cheap as you want with your build.

Pic related is my score for the 2nd half of the current SOS. Is it better than Bui or Queen? Definitely not, but I have neither and it's much better than what I could have done with Closer.
