Well that was because I was using a Windows XP theme when I took that screenshot. Here is an updated screenshot, as I went back using Breeze theme.
Its a QT6 application. So it will use whatever theme you are using for QT / KDE. It will work on Gnome or hyperland or whatever you are using for your DE / WM. It will default to whatever is the default for QT.
And as I mentioned, its a frontend for yt-dlp
