Who is stronger? ONE FRENCH GAME "JOURNALIST" or GGG?

Realistically, when is the next Path of Exile 2 league coming out? I am curious as to what might be in it. I heard rumors that the Druid will be delayed again but how true is that? I enjoy the game a lot but the strength area of the tree is so barren with things to mix and match that I end up just going straight warrior stuff anyway. I can't mix in flails or druid shit because neither exists currently. Yet the dex side of the tree basically has tons of things to play with.
