I don't know if this is a serious question, but my friends and I literally just finished a nearly year long, ridiculously homebrewed D&D 4e game with JJK techniques, I can post the whole doc if you want but here's what we had for a base domain expansion (obviously your technique would effect what the sure hit did.)
Domain Expansion - Epic Destiny Feature 21, Cost [10 healing surges, 2 per round to sustain]
Standard Action/Immediate Interrupt Close Burst Zone [5] Doubles every Tier.
Prerequisite: It can only be used as an Immediate interrupt against an opposing domain expansion. Or if the user is about to drop below 0 hp.
Target: All creatures in the Zone
Attack: The Innate technique of the user will be imbued within the barrier of the domain, creating a sure hit effect. All creatures who start their turn in the Domain will be automatically, and critically hit by technique.
Effect: The user of the Domain gains a +10 to all their ability scores, attack and damage rolls, and skill checks. This effect lasts until they leave their Domain.
Special: No creature may cross the border of the zone once set. The outer shell of the Zone is visible, tangible, and vulnerable to attack. It has Hp equal to 5 times the users max hp. The inner border is intangible, invisible, only locatable with special senses and can only be hit by indiscriminate attacks. The inner border has Hp equal to 10 times the users max hp. When the borders hp reaches 0, a hole in the barrier is created, and someone outside can go in, or vice versa. This hole closes if the barrier takes no damage for 1 round. A hole isn't enough to break a domain, only when the barrier is brought to -bloodied, will the domain fall apart.
