What we do on our ships and on missions as players is not canonically how Helldivers operate. The ship pops four Helldivers from cryo with one as team leader, they all drop to the planet, and the ship is willing to sacrifice 20-25 divers before declaring the situation FUBAR. Also real life soldiers are not sent in teams of four on literal suicide mission, and if they are it's either kept secret because the public will call out their government for being retarded.
