There's a $20 pack that gives you all the paid Horse Armor nonsense (there's a total of 150 items and I believe about one third of them are Pip-Boy recolors and mods that make Dogmeat every possible type of dog)
There's a $40 pack that gives you all the Horse Armor nonsense + the Vault/Far Harbor/Nuka World DLC campaigns
It does not check if you already own them, you get the privilege of buying them twice

In exchange every existing third party mod is currently broken
And there's a fun new bug where your entire PC freezes when you exit the game and you have to ctrl alt del out, 100% of the time
And of course the people who actually bought the $20 Dogmeat recolor pack haven't received it yet
