They technically are but unfortunately are the most common ones for me, along with Los Tralaleritas. Every guaranteed Secret has been one of them and my first Secret Lucky Rot too. The rarest Secret I own is Orcalero but that one I just stole rather than having it spawn naturally. I wish they weren't so anal about the Secret spawns and just kept the Guaranteed one since there's already 8 rarities in the game
