Unless Oda retcons this, there is only one possibility. Eris either died during the teleportation saving Teach from Xebec's attack or they are teleported to a shithole where Eris is brutally raped and killed leaving Teach as an Orphan. Eris also tells Teach everything she knows about Imu, Davy Jones and The Void Century before she gets taken by rampaging chimps.
