I said no such thing. The point is that it does happen though. There are reasons why laws are being passed to stop perverts from abusing actual children in this way, the reason is it is happening. It is not some made up nonsense.
You'll notice that even though such things are being banned you can still go buy shit that wasn't produced in this manner even if it depicts things that would be extremely illegal if it were made by filming actual children.
