The three of them are mostly farming servants the exception is Castoria since her NP is really good for boss fights. Both Oberon and Koyan kinda suck unless they have their skills maxed Koyan moreso since her NP charge scales with skill levels. All your skills need to be at max to pull it off. It might be even easier to do it with Rider vinci and two castorias, since her arts NP lets her refund her NP gauge. Right now for this kind of loop farming your best options are Gilgamesh, Eresh, Vinci and Raikou, your Raikou and 2 Koyans + Oberon should be able to clear nearly all farming nodes. If you like her, summer Melu is a good generalist arts looper too.

She can't loop until fifth append comes out and she's not really a good looper anyway unless she's fighting avengers or berserkers. She shines nowadays thanks to her third skill's synergy with Ciel, not her NP.

Now you know why Koyan does jackshit for Kama's damage. Koyan buffs Buster, while Kama's (Assassin) NP is Quick.
To get the best damage you need to mix buff types since they work multiplicatively, for example get someone to buff ATK, another to buff Quick and then add a source of NP damage UP. So for Kama you'd want Skadi/Summer Skadi, while equipping her with a Black Grail or another CE that gives NP damage.

Here's the whole thing broken down. Raikou's skill 2, Koyan's skill 1 and Oberon's skill 3 all need to be at level 10 for this to work, and Raikou's skill 2 also needs an upgrade from a strengthening quest. With this should be able to farm level 90 or 90+ nodes easily. you'll also need a starting charge CE, the easiest you can get is MLB (5 of the same CE fused together) Winter Crystal, but if you're lucky enough to have a kaleidoscope or marshal of magic you can use those.

She is ridiculously powerful, but single target attackers are best for story bosses or for very hard farming nodes which you wouldn't be able to clear with just her, so she's someone more endgame-focused. Kuro also enables better looping but she's complex. since you like melu you might as well try rolling for her summer version too anyway

Raikou doesn't need 2nd append with a starting 70% charge. But I didn't realise he had a summer Kama, yeah that's a better idea. Use summer Kama, two Castorias, and a Xu Fu, similar ideas but try to pile on as much NP gain up on Kama as possible to refund when she NPs
