She's a very very powerful support (the best set of teamwide buffs in the game, to be clear) but she's also very very annoying to use. Her skill seal demerit on allies has to land for her charge and np/atk buffs to take effect and the skill seal can be resisted by any ally with a debuff resist passive if you get unlucky. (If their debuff resist is lower than 10% it can be negated by backlining Angra. Theoretically you can use two avengers to fully negate even 20% debuff resist, but that's usually not 6CE compatible.) She's got a 20% def down too, but it arts seals allies, making it tricky to make use of in arts comps.
