Raye and Roze no longer fight in their old armors/plugsuits (because Roze's broke i guess? or it just brings them bad memories), and Raye is sharing her tools with her, to be more specific they're sharing half of Kagari and the drones (Hayate and Shizuku probably broke during the rescue mission, the Shizuku alt art and Linkage do show the later significantly damaged), you can see this in ROTA's alt art, Raye's alt art and Hayate. Zero is presumably their new powered up form where they fuse, since they don't have any other suits available.

Amatsu is a prototype that presumably got scrapped. ZEKE explicitly gets destroyed in the chronicle shorts. No idea about HAMP, maybe it just doesn't exist in the chronicles continuity.
