AP cannot fail, if and ONLY if it's marketed properly and there's a lot of ways to market this game. The visuals are already great for marketing.
You can marketing showing the girls only, or showing only the kibos, or showing the MCs farming with the kibos, or the girls farming, the girls with the kibos, or showing the combat, Kibos themselves are adding one layer of marketing that echoes from wuwa can't really replicate the only way to cripple AP is by Hoyo releasing Nexus before. Or by having really shit marketing.
Also to those that don't play AL, Manjuu is very feedback sensitive, you will probably see a second wave of "devs listened" conga line of events much like Wuwa.
