You don't know how association works. Everyone hears the voice and they associate the character with it-- at least those that are playing with English voice acting. I wish we could get a recast with a proper voice actress, but that's unfortunately not likely to happen so we're stuck with what we have and what we have is a trans VA that has marred the image of the character by association.
