I don't think it's any more real than Sandy Hook, Parkland, the holohoax, the Chauvin trial, etc. It's a show to scare the peasants into submission. But the people they're mostly trying to scare are the ones who were mostly afraid of getting hauled off for J6 the last few years. A civil suit is pretty mundane by comparison.
I do think that the stacking of their psyops is most definitely a sign of fear on their part. They've been hoping to use Sandy Hook as the placeholder for outlawing antisemitism and holocaust denial, but Gaza really fucked up public support for that shit. That's why they're pushing hard now to get as much shit like more BDS laws and other half-ass ways to penalize people for the criticism.
Because the criticism is getting louder and louder. And worse - it's bringing together the "left" and the "right". They REALLY don't like that.
